At Kaubite, we want you to shop with confidence. Our electronics, including laptops, mobile phones, and other high-value items, are covered by a limited warranty to ensure peace of mind with your purchase.


Warranty Coverage

  • New Electronics: Covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects.
  • Refurbished Electronics: Covered by a 90-day warranty (Grade A–C items), ensuring functionality and reliability.
  • The warranty covers hardware defects and malfunctions under normal use.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, dents).
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Software issues (including viruses, operating system errors, or third-party apps).
  • Accessories such as chargers, cables, or batteries (unless defective upon arrival).

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact support@kaubite.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team may request troubleshooting steps, photos, or videos to verify the defect.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Resolution Options

  • Repair: If possible, the product will be repaired at no additional cost.
  • Replacement: If repair is not possible, a replacement unit of equal or better value will be provided.
  • Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is available, a refund will be issued.

Kaubite may offer extended warranty or protection plans at checkout for select products. Please check product pages for eligibility.
