Warranty Coverage
- New Electronics: Covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects.
- Refurbished Electronics: Covered by a 90-day warranty (Grade A–C items), ensuring functionality and reliability.
- The warranty covers hardware defects and malfunctions under normal use.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, dents).
- Damage from accidents, misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
- Software issues (including viruses, operating system errors, or third-party apps).
- Accessories such as chargers, cables, or batteries (unless defective upon arrival).
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact support@kaubite.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
- Our team may request troubleshooting steps, photos, or videos to verify the defect.
- If approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Resolution Options
- Repair: If possible, the product will be repaired at no additional cost.
- Replacement: If repair is not possible, a replacement unit of equal or better value will be provided.
- Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
