OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Kaubite Shop, Share & Win Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Kaubite ("Sponsor"), operating through the Kaubite online store at kaubite.com.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on October 5, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on November 4, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Promotion Period").
All entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to eligible individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Kaubite, its affiliates, and persons directly involved in administering the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion may be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Making a purchase from Kaubite is not required to enter the Promotion and will not increase a participant's odds of winning.
5. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the official Kaubite Shop, Share & Win entry form available through the promotional page at kaubite.com.
Participants must provide accurate information and accept these Official Rules.
Limit one entry per person during the Promotion Period unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor.
Entries generated by automated methods, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized means are prohibited and may be disqualified.
6. Social Media Participation
Participants may be invited to follow Kaubite on its official social media channels and share the Promotion with friends and family.
Social-media participation is intended to help spread awareness of the Promotion and Kaubite's products.
Following, sharing, commenting, tagging, or posting about the Promotion does not increase a participant's odds of winning unless expressly permitted by applicable law and these Official Rules.
7. Kaubite Referral Program
Kaubite may separately offer referral rewards to customers who refer new customers to Kaubite.
A qualifying referral may require:
- The referred customer to be a new Kaubite customer;
- The referred customer to use the applicable referral code or referral link;
- A qualifying purchase of at least $20 USD before taxes and shipping;
- The order to be successfully completed and not cancelled, returned, refunded, or identified as fraudulent.
Referral rewards are separate from the Shop, Share & Win sweepstakes and do not increase a participant's odds of winning.
Kaubite reserves the right to reject fraudulent, self-referred, duplicate, or otherwise invalid referrals.
8. Shopping Promotion
During the Promotion Period, Kaubite may separately offer shopping incentives to customers who make qualifying purchases of at least $100 USD before taxes and shipping.
Any such shopping incentive is a separate promotion and is not required to enter or win the Shop, Share & Win Promotion.
Additional terms may apply to the $100 shopping offer.
9. Prizes
Three prizes are currently planned:
Grand Prize: $250 Kaubite Shopping Credit
Second Prize: Kaubite Technology Bundle consisting of one smartwatch and one pair of wireless earbuds.
Third Prize: $100 Kaubite Shopping Credit.
The approximate retail value of the prizes will be disclosed on the promotional page.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
10. Winner Selection
Potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The random drawing will take place on or about November 7, 2026.
11. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address or other contact information supplied during entry.
A potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide additional information reasonably necessary to award the prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
12. Verification
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any potential winner and to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to manipulate the Promotion.
13. Fraud and Abuse
Kaubite may disqualify entries or referrals associated with:
- Fake accounts;
- Duplicate accounts;
- Self-referrals;
- False information;
- Automated entries;
- Fraudulent transactions;
- Chargebacks;
- Cancelled orders;
- Abusive referral activity;
- Manipulation of the entry system;
- Any attempt to interfere with the fair operation of the Promotion.
14. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Kaubite to use the winner's first name, last initial, country/state, and/or submitted photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Kaubite will not publicly disclose unnecessary personal information.
15. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kaubite and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
16. Internet and Technical Problems
Kaubite is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, or misdirected entries; technical failures; internet interruptions; website outages; unauthorized intervention; or other technical problems that may interfere with participation.
17. Changes or Cancellation
Kaubite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical problems, legal requirements, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control interfere with the proper operation of the Promotion.
18. Privacy
Information submitted by participants will be handled in accordance with Kaubite's Privacy Policy.
Participants should review the Kaubite Privacy Policy before entering.
19. Taxes
Any federal, state, local, or other taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, except where prohibited by law.
20. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
21. Official Rules
Participation in the Promotion constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
