Purchase options Cancellation Policy

At Kaubite, we want you to shop with confidence. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change, modify, or cancel purchases such as subscriptions, pre-orders, try-before-you-buy offers, and standard orders.


🔄 Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription from Kaubite, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected.
  • Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to prepay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by accessing the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting our Customer Service Team.
  • Please note: Once an order under a subscription has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

⏳ Pre-Orders

  • A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is currently out of stock or not yet released.
  • Payment may be collected in full, partially (as a deposit), or at the time of fulfillment, depending on the product.
  • You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and receive a refund for any payment made.
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return or refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

📦 Standard Orders & Cancellations

  • For all other orders, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not already been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Instead, you may request a return after delivery (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

⚖️ Liability & Exceptions

  • Kaubite reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • In such cases, you will be notified, and any payment made will be fully refunded.
  • Certain items such as intimate apparel, hygiene products, or final-sale clearance items may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
